I'm Henna Naseri, a project and process coordinator based in Toronto. I'm a connector at heart. I take the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how people work so I can help bring the pieces together.
My Canadian federal government experience spans project coordination, technical writing, SOPs, employee guides, and onboarding resources. I have coordinated digital projects across technical and business teams, created dashboards and status reports, supported user acceptance testing, and helped move approximately 500 procedures from PDFs to web content.
